Mountain landscape representing strategic clarity and durable execution
The Collab Advisory

Shared vision. Durable execution.

The Collab Advisory partners with founders and leadership teams to align strategy, leadership, and operating systems—so meaningful companies can grow with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

For Ambitious Builders

This is for founders leading companies through the hard middle — where the original vision still matters but the systems, culture, or team are not keeping up. Not every advisory relationship is the right fit. The ones that work best share a common trait: a leader who is open, honest, and willing to do the real work.

Capabilities

Where we focus

01

Strategy

Clarify what matters most. Align vision, priorities, and resources around a coherent path forward.

02

Operating Systems

Design the structures, rhythms, and decision frameworks that turn intent into consistent execution.

03

Leadership

Build alignment across founders, executives, and teams so momentum is shared, not siloed.

04

Venture Design

Shape new ventures from concept through structure—governance, incentives, and go-to-market clarity.

Built for Reality

Companies don't fail because they lack ideas. They fail because their systems can't survive contact with reality.

We help leadership teams build the clarity, alignment, and operational structure that makes ambitious companies durable—not just impressive on paper.

The Founder

Sean Lee

Sean Lee brings something most advisors cannot: three decades of perspective from both sides of the table. Twenty years as a customer in media and entertainment, depending on technology, partners, and service providers to do work that mattered. A decade building a company from the inside, moving through engineering, product, strategy, operations, and the CEO seat.

That span is what makes the empathy here real. He has been the person who needed the solution. He has also been the person building it, selling it, and scaling it. He knows what the gap between those two experiences looks like — and where the most important work lives.
